Printer in the staffroom at knuzden st oswalds has a quirk. The print queue often gets blocked up.
to fix this, remote onto the DC and run these 2 commands in an elevated command line.
net stop spooler
taskkill /f /im printfilterpipelinesvc.exe
Then go to the spool folder inside system32 and go into the printers folder, you should then be allowed to delete all that is inside. This will clear the queue.
Then run net start spooler and you're done.
